ECircular is the Circular Energies pyrogasification platform. Our 1 TPD and 2.5 TPD reactor milestones provide a foundation for site-specific waste-to-energy projects.

ECircular development platform

ECircular 1 TPD

A working system for building, testing and learning at one tonne per day.

The 1 TPD reactor was built and operated in 2024 under HEC Innovator Seed Fund support. It marks the development of the integrated reactor platform beyond the original MVP and proof of concept.

ECircular 2.5 TPD

A larger operating installation informing the next industrial deployment stage.

The 2.5 TPD reactor was built and made operational in Sukkur in 2025. New projects are developed around the material actually available, the required gas quality and the customer's heat demand.

Qualified carbon fraction

Throughput, gas yield, heating value and solid output depend on feedstock and operating conditions. Each proposal defines the required testing, integration scope and performance basis.

Energy and material outputs

Define the output.
Engineer its end use.

A commercially useful product needs a specification, a compatible application and an operating plan.

01

Fuel gas / syngas

A combustible gas stream for assessed thermal applications. The project determines gas composition, cleaning, pressure and the connection to burners or other energy equipment.

Industrial heatSite integration
02

Biomass-derived biochar

Eligible biomass can yield a carbon-rich solid for qualified applications. Intended use determines the required stability, contaminant and material-property testing.

Qualified biomassMaterial testing
03

Project development

Feedstock assessment, process matching, engineering, installation planning and operating support connect the reactor platform with a workable industrial project.

Technical assessmentCommissioning scope

Carbon-rich residues from plastic-rich or mixed waste are assessed separately from biomass-derived biochar. Power generation, product sales and carbon credits require their own equipment, quality and commercial assessment.

Common product questions

Start with the practical details.

Which feedstocks can be assessed?

The platform is developed around biomass, selected plastics and prepared municipal or industrial residual fractions. Suitability depends on composition, contamination, moisture and the process configuration. Recoverable recyclables and unsuitable materials are separated before feeding.

Can ECircular replace LPG or natural gas directly?

A substitution opportunity starts with the heat load and fuel-gas specification. Burner changes, gas conditioning, controls, backup-fuel arrangements and process-quality checks may be needed. The assessment defines the viable integration and substitution level.

Is power generation part of every project?

Industrial heat is the primary market focus. Electricity generation can be assessed where the gas quality, engine or generator specification, load profile and operating economics support it.

How are pricing and delivery scope established?

Equipment and project pricing depend on capacity, preparation and gas-cleaning needs, civil works, controls and integration. Share the site and feedstock profile so a project-specific scope can be prepared.

Are larger systems on the roadmap?

The platform is intended to scale through engineering development and repeatable deployment. The demonstrated 1 and 2.5 TPD milestones support this work; larger capacities need their own design, validation and commercial proposal.
